One thing that’s always a challenge for Community Managers is knowing which metrics should be collected from their community to showcase its value. Part of the reason why this is sometimes difficult to do is because identifying the things that are impactful can be a challenge in itself.
Most of the time, however, all the pieces necessary to have a meaningful discussion about your community’s impact are already there; you just need to know how to find them. In fact, there are a number of relevant and measurable KPIs that you can use to illustrate the impact your community is having on your organization.
